ESTATE RANGE - 2006 PINOT NOIR / CHARDONNAY BRUTMid salmon in colour, the nose of this wine shows a complex mix of olive, citrus notes, fresh almonds and a hint of smoky, yeasty autolysis. The palate is lively and long, with tapenade and strawberry flavours from the Pinot Noir, mixed with lemony characters from the Chardonnay and mushroomy, yeasty autolysis.
