| ESTATE RANGE - 2006 PINOT NOIR / CHARDONNAY BRUT Mid salmon in colour, the nose of this wine shows a complex mix of olive, citrus notes, fresh almonds and a hint of smoky, yeasty autolysis. The palate is lively and long, with tapenade and strawberry flavours from the Pinot Noir, mixed with lemony characters from the Chardonnay and mushroomy, yeasty autolysis. | Yes | 40 | 420 |
| 2006 VICTORIA CHARDONNAY This wine exhibits honeydew melon, berry and floral flavours that fill the front and middle palates. This is a classic Australian style Chardonnay that has been aged in French and American oak barriques only briefly, so as to retain the intense, natural fruit flavours. | Yes | $ 25 | $ 250 |
| 2010 FABWAH GRIS This wine is named after our fabulous Jason who you will often see working in cellar door/restaurant. The fruit for this wine was sourced from the Coldstream sub region of the Yarra Valley. Pinot Gris grapes were crushed then "cold soaked" prior to pressing and fermentation producing a fuller bodied wine style with a unique salmon pink tinge. The nose is perfumed with aromas of rose petal, pear and nectarine. The palette shows flavours of baked apple and peach with a crisp lingering finish | Yes | $30 | $300 |
| 2008 SHIRAZ ROSÉ Deep pink with salmon hues, this rosé displays ultra-sweet strawberry and plum aromas mixed with fragrant rose petal and a hint of oak. A touch of acidity on the finish balances the voluminous, sweet fruit on the palate, to produce a lovely summer drink. | Yes | $ 25 | $ 250 |
| 2008 NED’S RED SHIRAZ The 2008 vintage was warm and dry producing richly coloured, medium bodied wine styles. This Estate grown Shiraz displays aromas of plums, mulberry, chocolate and spice. This fruit driven fleshy style has a sweet middle palate of wild berries and a hint of oak with soft tannins and a long velvety finish. | 2006 JEREMY SHIRAZ Mid red in colour, this Shiraz displays spice, pepper and licorice nuances with black cherry aromas backed up by cedary oak. | 2005 BENJAMYN CABERNET SAUVIGNON This wine has a complex nose with blackberry and blackcurrant fruit aromas, followed by coffee/chocolate developed characters and charry, cedary oak.
